This guy is gnarly. He toes toes the line so much, which no rookie ever seems to be able to pull off. I didn't like the hit, but Doughty has had his share, and he's so arrogant.... you don't turn down that chance to nail him.
It hurts.... passing up on this guy. I must admit.

Apparently Doughty is a mouthy guy, gets right in your face. That's the price you pay in the NHL unfortunately.

so fight him, and if he doesn't fight, then hit him hard and take a run at him, but do it within the rules of the game.. Don't raise an elbow.. Don't be dirty about it.

yeah, you're right... it was a dangerous hit, probably shouldn't be enjoying it. But I honestly don't have a ton of sympathy for Doughty, he's done a lot of dirty stuff, and i rarely see him answer the bell. He's a great player, but I cannot think of more of a country club player.
