Could be wrong on the game, but somewhere on this western road trip - I believe Anaheim, ROR got his feet taken out from under him on a partial break in front of the net. No call. Several times this year jack has been "leaned on" while chasing pucks in the offensive zone. God forbid the league lets scoring chances happen

I wanna believe there's some sort of shift taking place, slowly but happening. Guys like Tanev and Lindholm getting far more recognition for positioning and stick work vs the guy who has 1 big hit for every 10 misses or the guy who's felt rubber more times than a hooker.

I've been rooting for as many Goals/Assists/ and Improved play from our players who will be around in two years, while still hoping for a loss.

What good does a game with a deflected shot from Franson and a winner from Moulson getting US? Nothing. On the other hand if the core plays a great game, I don't mind them winning. If we're being outplayed by the opponent, every fan should root for a lose. We only have 10 to go.

I like him, but we drafted him as a cornerstone and to date he's been a very good complimentary player.

I lay some of that blame on the coaching staff for not testing his limits but it says a lot if they're not confident in doing so.

I don't think any team is gonna trade a top pair defenseman
So no, I would not wanna trade Sam
Not unless it's for a legit top pair guy

I'd try to do a Fasching + type deal & see what that gets us
Should be a solid 2nd pair guy
If we can get 2 of them, that should help our defense quite a bit
