He hasn't had a good year. I wish Isles fans would just admit it and stop using the elite winger need as an excuse. |

I don't think so. I just think he's really good sometimes and really bad the rest of the time. That's pretty much him in a nut shell for the last 3 seasons. |

Officially JT had 2 TUrn overs and 2 Take always. |

Rookies will make rookie mistakes
I dont blame ho sang for a bad play i blame the rest of the team for 50 minutes of bad hockey.

While he needs a better winger than Bailey, JT is way too sloppy with the puck and his defense sucks. |

You can. I focus on the individual play that led to the goal more. If Seidenberg doesn't wipe out, 1 less goal given up. Seriously, wtf was that? Same with Ho-Sang's giveaway in OT after a long defensive shift. |

Ho-Sang was responsible for that OT loss. Long shift, just get the puck back in the D-Zone. Oh well, he'll learn. Not giving up on this year, especially with Toronto and Tampa's final games of the season. - bgainesDM
Yes he screwed up but the loss was a team effort.
I admire your optimism but the math is pretty bad for the Isles. They need Toronto and Tampa Bay to lose games. The Isles will need to go 8-3 to get 94 points. I don't see that happening. Plus they lose the tie breakers to both Toronto and Tampa Bay. |

Come on Cpt, I'm not going to argue with you because everyone has their own opinion but you have to be kidding. JT other than Greiss was the best player for the Islanders, maybe Chimera too |

Is it me or does this team look like its lost its chemistry?
Two dmen taking the same guy, players skating into each other. No one looks sure who should play the puck...they look lost
How this team is tied for a playoff spot is scary and exciting at the same time |

still got elite numbers... but of course it's different when you watch the guy every game. |

It's a lack of defensive awareness and the need to not turn the puck over. |

IMO he tries to do too much and the results aren't always good. I love the attitude, but often making the safe boring play is the better option. |

It's done and there better be sweeping changes when the dust settles. If there's not and Snow and his chimps are still around I for one am done with this team till they are gone. I have better things to do with my time. |

Rookies will make mistakes especially a kid like ho sang. But thats part of his game you have to.take the good with the bad with him. He will learn its all , part of growing pains...seidenburg however is a long time vet, de haan had been here a while, every forward not named beau or ho sang has years in this league and should be playing better |

deHaan was out of position because of the giveaway. He was expecting a backpass knowing Ho-Sang's long shift. |

Weight said it was the worst two periods in a year and a half. He also said Bailey went for a skate in the OT. |

He more often than not is flat in big games. That to me defines an elite player. Some islanders fans will point to the Panthers series and they'd be right but they'd be hard pressed to point out any other big game or series where he excelled. He is a great player just not half as good as most islanders fans think. |
