He'll take a centre with our first pick. It would be a mistake not to

Our PP is 1 for 32 . No one can fire the puck from back there.

Maybe they'd get better if the Sedins would let them have the puck. I just don't think especially if we are picking top 5-7 that a PPD should be top priority. We can trade Gudbranson or Tanev for one

Stecher used to, all the time he always shot on net, he passes more now...im wondering if the Sedins talked to him about passing on the power play. As stupid as it sounds remember they didnt like playing with Vrbata because he never passed

hindsight is 20/20 and its way to early to tell anyway between Juolevi and Tkachuk

They need to start to decline penalties.

Also.... I hope NOT to see the Sedin's on either PP unit tonight.

But, there is only two or three PPs a game.... are these really making a difference?

Two days off didn't see any reports they changed up the PP. Anyone expect something different

Agreed. That's his ceiling, although I still think he's not as steady defensively as I'd like to say he's a future Tanev/Vlasic. I'd say worse defensively than Tanev, but better offensively would be a safe bet, assuming he reaches his potential.

Not aimed at you but I just don't know how anyone can project how an eighteen year old kid will be when he is 25.

Benning said recently he was at 231 in camp and is now at 213

... but I firmly believe Dallas does not want 2 points tonight. They will lose to keep themeselves below the Canucks in the standings.

I don't think so either. To say otherwise would be stoopid

What was his weight at the beginning of the season? I seem to remember 238 lbs.
- Marwood

His weekend weight was different from his weekday weight. You would need to figure out how much 40 pints of beer weighs first

The Sedin's are the reason our power play sucks. A center should be this organizations biggest area of concern and it's not close. We are very weak down the middle. The only way I can imagine Benning taking a d man or a winger (Tippet) is if we fall to the 7-10 range.

They are not the only reason.
It takes about 10 people for our PP to suck as much as it does (11 if you include coach).

Sedinery seems to have no place anymore. Guess whatever they do they will be raked.

Setting up two goals last game was overlooked cause of goals against and PP. It's going to be rough to go through end of contract.

Hope emphasis on Bo and co allows for Sedins to slide into background.

Sure, a general lack of talent is the culprit. The Sedin's are the main reason though. They haven't changed their PP strategy in 6 years. Opposing PKer's aren't fooled anymore. Adapt your game or you will decline. The Sedin's should be the 2nd unit power play going forward. Facing different matchups may actually help their production.

Kyle was a guy you cheered for. Gave hope to all the overweight guys.

Jake, if he's overweight could/should be a worry.

Normally 3rd/4th line guys have little skill but all the will in the world, they make it because they out fight others.

Kyle gave hope to guys like Kessel that they could make it.
