You can laugh all you want but the reality is the most important thing on your plate today was to come here and tell us we need to go back in time

Wouldn't happen if they were thrust into minutes they shouldn't be.

It could have been two other players that get paid 14 mil and pass the puck to be their mentors.

Great mentors off the ice , absolute terrible leaders on the ice. I know that will anger many in here.

It is all about the money and the numbers now. The best thing for the team is to go .

As long as they stick around they are open to criticism and ridicule. It won't get better for them here .

Next year they will get their 7 mil and Danny will get his 1000 point but there will be boos

Exactly why No one would want to sign here. Pathetic. Probably why JB has to overpay players to come here or stay.

his article in the tribune doesn't change the fact that we all wanted/are happy with him being gone. It was just a super nice thing to say about Vancouver. Nobody on here has once said they want him back.

TSN Radio Vancouver: GM Jim Benning on this year’s draft: “If there’s a true pp defenseman or a top-two playmaking centreman because we have some wingers coming”

TSN Radio Vancouver: Benning on prospect Brock Boeser: “When his season is finished, we’ll discuss where they’re at. We’d like to sign him but it’s gotta be a two-way street.”

TSN Radio Vancovuer: Bob McKenzie on the Canucks being able to sign Boeser: “I wouldn’t think it would be an issue.”

TSN Radio Vancouver: McKenzie repeats that if North Dakota doesn’t make it to Frozen Four, Brock Boeser will likely sign with the Canucks.

He is showing a massive amount of class...man I hop he comes back to the organization in some role.

You didn't see that fu**ckin douche Kesler doing that. First sign of the team sputtering into a rebuild he's gone like the clown ass douche he is. At least Burrows stuck around a bit to help mentor the kids along...where was Kesler to mentor the kids like it was done for him when he came up from the Moose? F'n douchebag.

There have been plenty of posts about having him return to the organization in some capacity. Canuck fans have a terrible time letting go. Cant even trade a player without hoping he comes back to be head scout, assistant coach or President

Burrows knew his contract was up and probably wasn't going to be resigned. We all can see the Sedin's aren't the players they used to be. That happens, this team would be in the same spot in the standings with or without them right now. They are 2nd and 3rd in the team in scoring. For everything they have done, deserve a bit more respect.

Probably just tired of all the whining that has gone on in here even though most are getting their wish. Van's going to get a high pick. The kids are getting playing time. Team isn't winning.
