I was never a huge Schenn fan but he is probably one of the few guys who does his job. He scores goals. Is there a bits of his game I thought were better...sure. But right now I can count on him for about 20 a season.

Well I did the math quickly, but they would need A LOT of help from teams above them. Plus I did say a chance...to make the playoffs.

Well the best (worse) they could do for draft position would be 5th overall. My best guess would be 7-9th, but they could still get top 3 if the ball falls right.

That stat makes me want to punch someone. You can't make someone a first line winger just because you put them there. As I tell people, we're a team made up of 6 top 9 forwards surrounded by 4th liners. That's why we suck.

1000% agree (more back math!) I was thinking the other day about the 04 team that had that brawl vs Ottawa. What fantastic entertainment that team was going all the way to the ECF. I was also thinking how absolutely boring this team is to watch in comparison. ugh..

Playoffs could be fun.

I'd love for a Nashville vs Columbus final. Two smaller clubs, who are generally fun to watch.

Agreed, nor do they deserve it. They'd have to go on a 11-3 tear and hope all the teams ahead tank it. Prob with that is that the teams ahead of us will prob be playing each other now and again and might also have 3 pt games. This equals over.

21 goals in 14-15.

If you take away Schenn power play points he sits at 5 goals and 13 assists. Now it's not fair to stop those points but I did and I enjoyed it.
