And the Penguins coming off a western Canada road trip. But I don't care, I like winning.

pens were missing a lot for sure. but still. cant take that one away from the flyers. they wanted it more by a mile. malkin and kessel may as well have been added to the list of injured/scratches

The Flyers didn't play a perfect game by any means. They made a few mistakes, turned some puck over, but when they did, they had what they were missing the majority of the season. Layers of defense down to the goaltender. Teammates making up for a mistake, and playing as a team. You match that with competitiveness, and you get a good team, and a solid win.

It was a meaningless endeavor that hurts our draft standing.

Great two points for the Flyers. The push for the playoffs continues.

The organization could use the two extra home playoff games and extra revenue this season. Also, the fans deserve to see some playoff hockey. On top of that, the youngins are getting to see how a real organization does it properly. Play the game the right way. 60% of the time, it works every time.

The Flyers organization. The Gold Standard when it comes to a winning mentality and tradition. Never say die and never surrender.

Last episode of this season was last week with the Rip sequence being the end..
they obviously are setting up for a next season if that happens.

Similar to first 3 seasons of The Unit though more violent, serious and realistic.

Everything was going so well tonight, I was waiting for poop to fall apart all night. I mean, how were we suppose to win without Jordan Weal leading the charge in the top line?

Jokes aside, the team got stronger and stronger as the game went on. I felt like their play in the neutral zone stood out the most.

Sounds naive but I'm still hoping for playoffs.

They caught a tired, shorthanded team, but (frank) it, it was a fun night at the Well.

Crosby was REALLY giving it to the ref near the end of the 3rd period.....did they talk about that on the broadcast?

You can do better than this.

Nothing about hard work or getting pucks deep. Taking it one shift at a time. Or even a crack about honoring the Broad Street Bullies teams.

I like a good parody account, so I'm rooting for you!

Coincidentally, when I take my kid to the game, they are undefeated this year (3-0).

So, all we need is to keep BiggE away from the TV and to make sure my kid makes it to every home game.

That's how this all works, right?

Thanks! That's probably his last game this year and he was really looking forward to it.

I just hope he's not bullpoopting me about whether or not he got his homework done.

Read and Cousins should be leading the charge. They should be well rested.
