I love how he trips zaitsev when he tries to get back on that breakaway. Sums up the night. |

I'm not a Bozak fan but Zaitsev was so far back, no way he catches up without a push. |

The Leafs have a fantastic new leather couch.
Paid a fortune for those vintage Eames chairs.
The Ikea coffe table was fine when we were just eating pizza and drinking Wildcat.
But we are no longer students. Time to get a coffee table that fits the new decor.

As a Leafs season ticket holder, let me assure you: MLSEL sells their tickets for waaaaaaaay under market value. If I was so inclined, I could sell my weekday games for 2-3 times what they charge me, and weekend games for 3-5 times.

Maybe the crap ones.
We wanted the ones that were built in the factory dreaming of being in the MLSEL living room.

yes the secondary market does jack up the price min 50$ per ticket compared season ticket prices, depending on location. And of course there is always a fool who would pay much more than that.
But I still find it funny, that the team has been sh1t for years...they continue to increase it. But its a business and the reasoning behind the lastest increase was hilarious. |

That waiting list has to be insane
I think the Bruins wait is now over 10 years. Very happy to be off that list (finally). Took me 4 years, but at least I got in early enough to not have to wait over a decade |

This is a myth.
Ticket prices have rarely been raised over the past decade - and very slowly.
There is now a huge discrepency between what I pay and what the man ket price actually is.
Although that has changed significantly in a year - there were games late last year where I had trouble giving tickets away. |

He is what I dont get.. MLSE is bad cuz they charge too much, Scalpers are bad because they charge too much.
What is supposed to happen in a market where demand far outweighs the supply?
Every ticket can be sold at a fair price.. but who get them? we all want them.
Part of the blame can be on the person paying 5x original price

Trade rielly for the shut down 1st pairing defence men the leafs need. His value is higher then Gardiner and the time is right to take advantage of the teams screwed over by the vegas draft.
Rielly and JVR for lindhom, Manson and bieksa for cap and vegas protection reasons
Go with the 4-4 protection, sign zietsev after the fact and be prepared to loose uncle Leo, Martin or Leivo
There is an outstanding core coming out of a 2 year rebuild with the cap flexibility to keep the kids and buffer with vets before there ELC run out. This line up has 23 mil in cap space minus what you pay zietsev, brown, Hyman and a back up.
