I usually stay away from carbs unless it's a workout day

I (regrettably) dated a girl who later found out she was celiac. There was one thing I liked that I actually made for us. Gluten free cinnamon rolls. No, they weren't better than real ones, but I must say, that tasted pretty damn good for GF.

I lost 28 lbs in 2 months doing Whole30. I (try) to cut out grains 8/10 meals, poop (frank)ing worked.

I (regrettably) dated a girl who later found out she was celiac. There was one thing I liked that I actually made for us. Gluten free cinnamon rolls. No, they weren't better than real ones, but I must say, that tasted pretty damn good for GF.

This generation, can't make a meal without the help of a processing plant making the base product. They would never survive if they only had a cow and a field . no electricity or technology. They would starve.

I watch what I eat and go to the gym 4-5 days a week minimum. Usually do a mix of carido and weight training, with just some cardio on 1 day. My body has changed overall, but my weight literally has stayed the same.

I get so irritated when people lose weight that easily. I'd love to lose 28lbs in 2 months.
