That's pretty interesting. Especially since we're already thin at center there and the Marlies are in the same Division. Not that it really matters, since Roch isn't going to make the playoffs anyway. Still seems weird though.

He was sent East to Roc from the big club, now he's being moved down the roster here, and his name was tossed around at TDL. He's not a part of the future in this Franchise and everybody knows it.

give away one of their leading scorers because he wants out, oh yeah we are paying his brother 7 mil a year to get 20 5 on 5 points a year as well

a lot of our "depth" right now is still in Jr or college. Partly due to our high end guys already being at the NHL level (Eichel, Reinhart, Risto) and partly due to the way they drafted over the past few years. Seemed to focus on college guys as they get more development time with them technically.
