we added a piece this past summer, top line winger

and got similar if not worse results this year

aside from getting 2 top 4 d men

we have real chemistry issues

- homiedclown

rests squarely with the coach imo

again this is kind of down playing it. if it was just needing a 4 and a 5 thats one thing. They need a top 2 and top 4 guy. Thats not by any definition "close".
- Sabresfan-365

So they need (2) players is what you are saying ?

I agree with this ............ there's a few guys on this team that need to go ........ that in itself could change the chemistry factor.

I don't think anyone is saying that. I think they are saying they are wasting a great year from a superstar. Which is totally fair.
- sbroads24

You mean a great partial year?

The b/f has decided he wants to look at houses. He was thinking about doing an addition on the house and now thinks he just wants to buy one that's bigger. So that'll be my life for the next couple of months it seems.

There's a part of me that thinks it'll be fun. And there's a part of me that thinks it'll be a nightmare.

- HonkFortheGoose

After going through it for 5-6 months a year and a half ago, it is most definitely both of those, and more.

yes

they are 1 and 2 on my board

draft a cb, and grab the best safety in second rd if they go in the top 9, and they probably will

- homiedclown

Who's playing WR if we go secondary in the first 2 rounds? UFA?

You have to subtract to 2 FBs and K they are signing.
- CoHo_to_B-Lo

this includes the kicker, I said it doesn't include the one FB (but A Williams's saving balances this out) and the $1m for the other FB won't be in the top 49 contracts (price wise), so is irrelevant.

And most likely pry a piece from the forwards (their strength) to try and fix it.

You do realize that someone can easily do this same type of article based on Obama and his Muslim Brotherhood ties, right?

There's things about the house we're in that I love. For where we are, we have a HUGE yard that's fully fenced and has a pool. Plus it's super close to everything.

But overall, it's not a very big house (~1100 sq ft). The bedrooms are not very big and it only has 1 bathroom. Would just be nice to have about 400 more square feet.

I'm almost certainly wrong on this line of thinking, but to me, if the cost is the 2017 1st and Nylander as the two most impactful components to return the 2 D men the team badly needs, I don't consider that a giant loss.

Hmm.. sportrac has their cap wrong then. Can i ask where you are getting your numbers? Becuase no deals are "official" yet so nothing is showing with the K, FB, FB on the cap.

Do you have a downstairs/basement that could be finished?

That's what we did to ours and it bumped us up from 1000 square feet to just under 1500. It made a giant difference.

Having 2 bathrooms makes things so very much easier on all those in the house.

Same.

Murray's biggest hurdle is moving some contracts (Ennis, Bogo, Moulson, Gorges)

I would try to pry Falk from Carolina and or one of Lindholm/Manson from the Ducks.

Is Tyrod's restructured contract there?

There's a basement, but that doesn't really help with the fact that the bedrooms are still pretty tiny. I honestly wouldn't want the master bedroom in the basement. Especially since we're the only two in the house. Just doesn't seem like it would make that much sense.

We have the space to build onto the house and still have what would be a giant sized yard for our neighborhood. The problem is that it would cost $80-$100k and would essentially end up pricing us out of the neighborhood in terms of what the comps and stuff are. Which is why he decided it might be best to just look for something else.

Just did the math we should have 26.5 up to date with all current moves.

My girlfriend and I completely renovated our downstairs and made it into a large master bedroom and master bathroom with a large closet, and we moved down there. She was not totally on board with it until we went over our design, and after it was done, it took all of two nights down there for her to love it.

PM me and I can share before and after pictures.

It wasn't cheap, but it ended up costing us roughly 20% of what you estimated above.

I just think it's hilarious when people write off a .org or .gov article and then follow up arguments with links to dailymail.com or newyorkpost.com, which are tabloids.

By the way, I still am dumbfounded people think Obama is Muslim, as if that would even matter.

His mother was a white, European mutt (seriously she's like English, Irish, Scottish, Welsh, Swiss and German). Middle-Class.

His father was a governmental economist from KENYA, AN 83% CHRISTIAN NATION, very upper middle-class man.

He was born in Hawai'i 2 years after it became a state. What is there to argue about?

Then you are looking at a rebuilding team with a surplus of D as a trading partner.

Ducks - No
Minny- No
Carolina - Eh, not really
Nashville - No
