Effin Vasilevsky. Too bad they couldn't have found a way to win it before the SO. Lehner did make a huge save in regulation. Sucks he can't stop a beach ball in shootouts, but you're not going to win shootouts if you don't score in them either. Must be too much practice vs. Marty Biron.

Stephen Hawking would do better.

I've tried to be un-biased about Lehner despite hating the fact we gave a 1st up in a great draft, but this dude is so flawed. He is putrid against breakaways and odd man rushes. Has had numberous goals scored where half of the net is wide open because he's too aggressive.

Just brace yourselves for when we have a new coach or new D men that want the be aggressive and pinch offensively.

Hopefully it's one of those they're making him earn it deals and not an indication that he'll never get that respect from the refs.

He's literally fouled consistently multiple times every game.

Imagine how good he would be in the former 'new NHL' yeats ago?
