lol isn't it funny that we have been a bad team with all of the players that you (along with all of the other canucks fans who have weird attachments to players based off of personalities instead of skill and work ethic). The same core I just named off that we should have traded, you are probably one of those fans in favor or keeping, and now that a few years have passed, you STILL can't admit that they should have been dealt. How many years of sucking is it going to take for you to realize....

I think Juolevi will be fine, but people are giving credit for Benning rebuilding last year when he was making win-now moves.

The biggest problem with this franchise is all the armchair quarterbacks- Which is pretty much the entire fanbase.

Mgt is saddled with the task of selling tickets and rebuilding. You can't have it both ways unfortunately.

No matter what mgt does you have the media and fans screaming like a bunch of babies.

And people wonder why so many don't want to come work in a fishbowl.

Just because I liked Lack doesn't mean I think it was the worst idea in the world to trade him.

You wouldn't have gotten anything for Burrows at the time after the season he had. Hansen, sure. Could have dealt Higgins for something then too. That would have been great.

Goblin looks good..I actually think Dahlen may be the better prospect. I am still shocked we picked him up for Burrows.

The manner in which this team got smoked in the playoffs at the hands of the Kings it should have been CRYSTAL CLEAR that this team needed to be rebuilt.

Any complaining otherwise after the fact is what holds mgt back from doing their jobs properly... Having to appease a fanbase full of whiners and crybabies.

Canucks are notorious for doing deadline day deals though. I think its just the first time in a long time that we have actually REALLY GOT what we wanted lol.
