As much as I like McD, the guy nerds to start standing up for his teammates. Last night Nash got into some face washing with 2 caps and he just stood there watching. Staal got into it as well as the other 9 players on the ice except for our captain. I've played team sports my entire life and would never stand for a teammate not standing up for one another ESPECIALLY a captain.

I was pretty vocal about being a torts guy, I hated the move to bring AV in. But I like AV now, but he is wearing thin on me too because this group is way to soft

Good for the kid. Detroit may actually give him a shot for the remainder of the season. It will fall under that 40 game threshold he had in his contract so this ends up basically a 20-game or so tryout.
