As much as the rest of the forwards suck balls (how many (frank)ing plays around the net got (frank)ed up by bad puckhandling) at least Chuck, Radulov and Pacioretty are all awesome. Pacioretty is driving the net which I haven't seen from him since his rookie season.

he is carrying his team offensively, he sets the pace. The Radu level of effort on Pacs

Shaw is trying hard as hell, but he's a grinder..
Gallagher can't shoot, and isn't picking a fight which usually results in a crosscheck to the wrists
Lehkonen is not that good, although he holds his own
Danault looks awesome next to patches and Radulov, but so would Maxime Lapierre
Plekenecs seems to be picking up his game, but can't keep up
Byron was never gonna score 30, 20 is a reach to start with..

That's pretty much the top 9....

Born in Milwaukee. Moved to Europe at 4 because his dad was playing Hockey.

Went to Canada when he was 15 for juniors...

Followed his Dad who played in the United States, Denmark, Russia, Italy, and Switzerland. He apparently speaks English, Russian and Italian.

I didn't compare him to Lapierre, but Danault is getting over rated because he plays between 67 and 47.. Anyone would look good between those 2.

No. Anyone wouldn't look good. (frank)ing guy is driving the forecheck most of the time and still manages to create with them. I would argue they are able to make some of the plays they do because Danault is well involved. Smart player.

Yup. I grew up in Wisconsin, so when I asked him about it on a flight to Toronto, he told me he didn't remember anything about the US.

Then I asked him why he plays for Team USA and he turned away and put his head phones one lol

Radulov is creating 9/10 chances.

Danault works hard, which is great and not everyone can, but he's not controlling the puck. Not making the best passes. Not in perfect positioning for Radulov or Pacioretty passes. He missing a lot of chances.

He's doing the role just fine, but lets say that he wouldn't be missed in a trade for a more offensive player.

He's no Joe Thornton. But between the two wingers he's better than fine, and better than anyone else they have. Radulov is awesome, I agree. I'm pleased to see Danault stay with him.

Yes, with the current roster, he's just fine on the 1st line.

I do believe that with Chucky on the first, it would make it a truly dangerous line to play against, but then you have a 3, 4a, 4b left....

To add, if they would somehow get Duchene, there's no more room for Danault.
Come playoffs, I'd still take Pleks as a defensive C.
