Zawaski, i see the game differently than him (You can tell he.never ever played) but at least he has an opinion in real time.

A little (maybe not much) off topic here, but not really. Everyone has noticed what is going on in Tampa with pieces being shipped off here and there. The point being for all the crap StanBo gets about his decisions and JJ saying "win it now", wasn't Tampa the team that, after gaining valuable SC Finals experience in 2015 and having a young nucleus, going to be contenders for the next 5 to 6 years?

Stamkos gets hurt, Bishop and Boyle get moved, Filppula is on the block and maybe Tyler Johnson too, and IMHO Drouin is going to try and get a Saad type RFA deal this summer.

I guess what I'm saying is when you think you are thisclose to being a cup contender, you need to go for it.

How/Why is Panarin exempt but Hartman is not? Does it have something to do with when they signed a NHL contract or something?

As for the tweet that said they will still expose TvR or trade him. Have to figure they'll deal for someone who they can protect, if it's a F, or the 7th F has to be Panik, right?

It´s really amazing how Blackhawks have stayed at top the whole decade. No, they aren´t going to win the cup every year but you could say that they are perennial contender. Front office, coaches and players have done a really good job for a long time and it will be remembered the golden age of Blackhawks. I think they deserve more credit than they´re getting.
