you guys are saying that 2017 RFAs that are left unprotected can be drafted by LV, which then take over their rights? (and the prior team not getting compensated?)

That's pretty much how I read it too. I think this is as close to all in as we're going to get...unless a d-man drops on our lap at a cheap price. And I'm fine with it. As a Lightning fan I liked boyle.
