Hes 2 years younger than Matthews and he looks great in the 1C role..

It's a good deal I think for the Leafs. They should make the playoffs now, and I don't think it cost them much in prospect currency. It'll be a fun April. I'm not expecting any other big moves.

Acutally yeah, I could see that, since Bozaks line has been considered soft and weak defensively outside of Marner, so Boyle addresses that while still having the ability to pop in goals.

Whereas Kadri has been arguably the teams 2nd or 3rd best player. Tasked with Shutting down the opposing teams top line thus sheltering Matthews.

Bad trade....bad.

The 2nd is too much for an early 30s 4th line vet.
Heck at the beginning of the season people would have freaked out had anyone suggested to trade a 2nd rounder for that.
I like Boyle but the 2nd was too high.
