You should do it.

You need a good smack in the mouth.

Did u see them when u were younger?
Idk...
most of them just move along WAY too slow for me
I don't like the "70s style" storytelling

Some exceptions, but generally just not my thing

I like plenty of Classic movies though

- jdfitz77

I got into 70's films in my 20's. I like Tarrintino a lot and he always mentioned titles, so I checked them out. I like movies from all eras tho....

My top 20 all time ( no order)

Death Hunt
Conan the Barbarian
Rolling Thunder
Taxi Driver
Hard Boiled
Bittersweet Life
Good Will Hinting
Blade Runner
Empire Strikes Back
The Street Fighter
The Killing Machine
DeathWish 2
The Mechanic (Original)
Sudden Impact
The Enforcer
Aliens
Superfly
Creature from the Blaxk Lagoon
Jackie Brown
Dead Alive

I watched them from a young age growing up with my Grandfather. Probably saw most multiple times by 94'.
- dadeadhead

i'mm 55 and I recall seeing the good, bad, ugly when it first came out.

Another one from that era that is a can't miss is "Zulu" with Michael Caine. Another classic.

If I'd have watched more 70s stuff when I was younger,
Then I'd probably like it more
I like some pretty bad movies, but many of them I like bc I watched them from when I was 8-18

They Live is a great example
If I saw it now, I'd be wanting more action scenes & the story to move along quicker
But bc I was like 11 when I first saw it,
It's freaking awesome

Yeah it's great. Cool premise, cheesy dialogue and the most ridiculous fight scene ever.

I get that you said that, but this....
"I got into 70's films in my 20's..."
Makes it sound like you're listing movies from the 70's...
Regardless, good list.

I like Tarrentino too...
I could not get through Jackie Brown
Tried to watch it multiple times

True Romance is my fav movie (kinda) by him

Most of the stuff on your list is 70s stuff that I'm not into
Aliens, Empire Strikes Back & Good Will Hunting are really good imo
