Despite the decent showing against the Rags this is another year of watching those guys play meaningful hockey longer then us and frankly it's disappointing. I remember being so happy at the Rock in 2012 when we knocked them out but since that season it's just been heartache...

Just wish we had these picks in a crazy deep draft like 2013 or 15 but hopefully we hit a few homeruns with guys who aren't pegged to be potential stars yet.

Yeah, he won't be an offensive threat my any means. That said, his defensive positioning is on point. I'd like to see him develop his stick checking more, but he definitely plays with a chip on his shoulder.
