The guy has scored 5 points in 39 games with Philly. His career high is 29 points. Burrows has only a little better in the last 3 years. I would say a big NO WAY to either player.

Honestly, kind of glad he didn't become a Hawk. Being from NY, I had my share in watching him. He would have been a great upgrade in the circle, but I have always felt like he is a tad overrated. Guy is so freaking slow..

For some reason I would like Gabriel Landeskog more than Duchene in Hawks. But that´s just me. And I would be willing to take a risk dealing DeBrincat in that deal. His stock might never be higher than it is now.

He was a pile of hot garbage upon coming to Chicago. Just like he is a pile of hot garbage now once he got his big pay day. Dale Weise is a fringe player who had a nice 100-game stretch or so. Beyond that, he had the scoring touch of a mule kicking a soccer ball. He has 39 goals in 378 games.

Someone mentioned Rassmusson, he's only playing because of the cap. He blows, soft on the corners ,not strong and would not make any other roster,well maybe Phoenix if there was no cap. I would not have no problem seeing him go bye bye.
Once Jurco gets some games in ,he should be ok.
Back toDuchene, IF, I repeat IF that where to happen, he goes eeeemeeediatley on Toews wing. They aren't tradin the farm to get him to play 3rd line center. Schmaultzy, take a seat junior and observe.

Odds are pretty good the Hawks aren't getting Duchene - but if they would I agree in part that Duchene would be on Toews wing - only I think Panik would be the one displaced as in Schmaltz-Toews-Duchene.

I love Oduya, have even before he was a Hawk. But I feel like Brendan Smith is the perfect depth Dman for the Hawks (at this point.)
