So if he's not traded by tomorrow, do you hold Streit out of action tomorrow night to avoid any injury? Put Schultz and MDZ in to hopefully attract any suitors who may be uncertain about them.
- Baxter27

Probably not.

But it is a good question if they should. With Manning out you would have to insert Schultz and Del Zotto.

I'd rather Hagg. I think he is ready and has earned it.

With the Flyers out of the playoffs, he deserves an opportunity, IMHO

It's what I would do, you have a good reason to get trade bait in the line up while protecting whatever return Streit may bring back. Sends a clear message to team's looking for blue line depth that they're open for business.

Hexy won't call up "the kids" until he feels they're ready. I haven't seen him, but Hexy probably doesn't think he's ready. Brennan has NHL experience, and is less of a kid that the rest.

I thought I read quotes that Pryor and Hextall think he's there. Just needed a spot which wasn't there.

Maybe if it was the NBA. If you can skate you skate. That's how this league operates.

Two, and they were totally warranted, should have been more. Leaving your feet to throw a a huge hit to the head of a guy that never had possession of the puck usually isn't viewed nicely by the DOPS.

Doan on the Hanzal deal...

“It’s really hard. Obviously he’s a huge part of our team and someone that you get to play with for 10 years, you appreciate and understand how valuable and how you can’t really replace him,” said Doan, before the frustration really began to appear.

“The fact we just continue to seem to go — I don’t know, it’s hard to understand exactly. I mean, you understand people’s hands are tied and you just don’t get it.”

WTF is wrong with this guy? Does he live in freaking lala land or something. You're 40 years old and you still don't understand how your team of 20 years has to operate? Go to a (frank)ing playoff team already jfc it doesn't revolve around you

I got the impression that he really wanted to say that the management there is franking dumb, but wisely bit his tongue

Can't believe they traded away a 29 year old impending FA. Coyotes are still in this thing!
