On the team? Or on Matthews wing? I'd say no to both. Hyman is the Leafs best PKer, top 20 in the league in short handed mins and first in goals. Hyman fills a useful role on Babcock's team. His skill level isn't as much an issue with Matthews now that Nylander has replaced Brown.

Hyman raises the corsi of his linemates, Matthews has an incredible volume of shots this year I can't link to sites but there's plenty of good articles explaining why it's a good fit.
