only 2 forwards and 1 D have to meet the requirements (+ goalie requirements)...but the rest are still exposed

the requirements just force teams to expose "nhl players"

edit: to put it in terms of "green"...the flyers need to expose 2 F, 1D, and 1G that are "green" the rest that arent protected or exempt are also exposed
