I think you have to play the percentages and protect Kads, Bozie, JVR, Brown, Leivo, Komarov and whoever you like better between Leips and Rychel.

If the choice is too tough, you gotta make a pre expansion draft trade.

Good to finally see Marchenko drawing in to see what he can do, and think his more stay at home will be a good insulation for Gardiner too. Cannot do any worse than putting Marincin out there.

Honestly would not mind that and move JVR for a defenceman in the offseason. We got enough forward depth I think we could use him that way to fix the back end some.

It will be very interesting to see what the management is going to do, they have options, and have built up some decent depth in order to be able to make a move or two. I don't expect anything huge till the offseason but you just never know with Lou.
