For someone that doesn't watch a lot of Kings hockey, how good is Muzzin?

I know he is good but really is he a top pairing guy is what I am asking.

I think one would solve the problem with risto, and push mccabe to second pair

Probably, they're not as good as last year or year before but at that cap hit its definitely a trade id do.

I don't know. I agree he's being propped up but the plan is to have a strong top 9 like the Pens have pretty soon.

Lockout year he had 27 points in 48 games. Then 33 and 31 on the awful EDM teams.

He brings the offense we lack outside Risto/Franson

sabres don't need to do anything this year...they can sit back, take offers and see what unfolds in the off season...

jake muzzin or alex Martinez won't turn this defense around...it might help but it would be more than offset by the loss of the team's leading goal scorer, imo

if I were murray, upper 20's is a little too high for where my team is at this stage of the game

This year, I'm using the Sabres 1st round pick for a real defenseman that fits in with the rebuild.
