He's still not a very good defenseman. Everything has been masked being on Pittsburgh. At that price here he'd look like the Schultz of Edmonton. Also last year was 14 games with a back injury now he's concussed.

Very risky. I tend to agree with DD that most of what we're seeing out of him is a result of a very strong 5 on 5 team surrounding him. You'd probably be asking more out of him here and im not certain he could handle that. If the first pair got the mother of all shut down guys then maybe.
