I don't reed it that way.

I reed it that the dude thinks Kane can score 60 goals in a season, over 82 games, but that he wants to prove it by pointing to kane's production from the game played on December 1 of 2016, and go through the next 82 games he plays, rather than just looking at a real season.

The idea that Kane will be a sixty goal scorer is a stretch, even using that boost, but I have seen sillier ideas thrown around in this blog

He's definitely having a good season and it's coming in a ton of different ways (meaning he's not just riding on Jack's coat tails, etc). If there was a guarantee he'd be like this all the time and the off-ice stuff wasn't an issue anymore, there's no way I'd move him. But those question marks are why I'd be fine with moving him for a top pair D man.

I think it's unlikely we have 4 new forwards in the line-up next year
Not only would he have to look amazing in camp,
They would have to feel he's ready to play solid defense
That's extremely rare for someone coming out of Juniors

Look at Jack
He's a year & a half in,
but still has quite a bit of work to do in his own end
The offense he provides makes him worth it though

It's hard to imagine they'd think Pu can contribute enough right away offensively for us to live with him learning how to play NHL defense on the fly

I used to think this...

You have to cook it right.

First, you remove it from the brine. Then you let it air. Then you cut it into cubes.

I season it with black, white and cayenne pepper while it sits.

Then you get some olive oil going really good like. Drop all of the tofu in at once. Let it fry up while adding more pepper seasoning to the non-seasoned side as the other side cooks. Flip the cubes and let them fry. Brown on both sides.

At this point, add soy sauce. Let it sizzle real nice like. Then, wait for it to caramelize, then add more soy sauce. Let it get a nice and crispy and caramelized. Remove from heat and oil. Eat with rice.

It very good this way.
