Apparently this 2017 draft isn't going to be that good according to multiple reports. Usually in this case, it's best to stock up in the high rounds and try to look for gems or pieces that can be developed.

Anyone think Chia might roll the dice and trade the 1st rounder in a package for say a rental? I'm mainly noting Shattenkirk as a primary candidate. A conditional clause could be put in if Shattenkirk doesn't resign. Like a 2018 second if he doesn't resign. That would literally solve our dire need of an offensive minded RHD for the time being. Would this happen, likely not, but just something to ponder on.
