1. Do you think Habs should go all out for Duchene?, even is that means a package including Galchenyuk?
2. I think that was Galchenyuk's worse game of the season. Do you think he may be hearing rumblings of a possible trade and maybe affecting his play??? - hawk35
Cheers, thanks!
As for Duchene, I'm for it as long as it doesn't sacrifice the future. Galchenyuk though is part of that future. Duchene doesn't replace him, he compliments him...
Don't think trade rumours are the issue with him. He needs confidence and to he back to his play from the beginning of the year...
I agree that Emelin is not the right partner for Weber but Beaulieu is a complete mess - obie
Agree that Beaulieu's been quite bad over the last stretch but he tends to elevate his game when given a big opportunity... wouldn't be upset if he got a chance with Weber.

I wouldn't be upset if they traded him with a pick to Anaheim for Fowler
i hope not. can't just keep trading your most talented guys because they don't sit at home every night drinking (frank)ing yoohoo. - DoubleDown
I have to say...I don't have any sources on this, but I can easily bet this Habs squad has lesser party animals in it than any other in the last 25 years

He sure is but it still counts as a protected player which leaves them 2 out of the 3 I mentioned to protect - obie
If they send Beaulieu though, they'd have the exact same problem as before: 1 poop defenseman they have to protect, and having to pick from 2/3 good ones.
