So MJL you are saying that when your head coach cannot get any wins you just go with it and get used to it. I will bet you off the record that many of the players have serious issues with the coach. No way to prove this but when you lose on a regular basis and Giroux and Voracek have like three goals total in the last 20 games something is seriously wrong. This falls on the GM or the coach and usually the coach gets it first. Is Ed was still here I put money that head would have rolled by now. Flyers hockey was Flyers hockey because of Ed and will never be the same.

Contradictions galore. Maybe if Giroux and Voracek would score more, or any of the other players would, the coach would look better. I think you're wrong, if Snider was here, Hakstol would be also. You bet on the record publicly. That is a losing bet. I'm not saying Hakstol is without blame, but you're taking it too far. Lots of roster issues on this team, and it's best players haven't played well enough.

Good point, I agree Hockey is just a game compared to people fighting for their lives. On that note, good night guys and lets have a strong third and win this game.

One reason we can not score is because we have four legit top six players at the moment, one reason nobody scores. Gost is attractive but really he is a liability on defence and Provorov will easily take over his spot without missing a beat.

Provorov is a rookie that has excelled as a 19 year old for half a season, in the next couple years he is the man for the #1 pp unit. Nothing against Gost as he does remind me of E. Karlsson at times however a top six scoring lw would be worth the gamble. Either way the future does not really look that good unless 93 and 28 can get it going or are they done???

Shot on goal are totally misleading when it come to the Flyers, they generally outshoot the opposition but not a lot of quality shots and no traffic in front and also a bunch of hard working forwards with no finishing skills less Simmonds and Schenn
