This is all Hak's fault

He has showed spurts but you cant suggest he belongs as a top 6 forward on a good team.....solid third line center....which to me can be just as valuable.

It would depend on who was on a line with him. I agree if they had two better offensive centers, Couturier would be a strong 3rd.

Ghost and Provorov are playing well and Giroux is showing signs of life. And that's all I got.

The sad thing is this has been Giroux's best showing in a bit....scary. This is what it's come down too....he's turning into a decent second line center.

Coururier has already scored at a top 6 level at 5 on 5 in his career. I agree that he has to be better like many on the team. Who would you suggest centers the 2nd line? Schenn?

After all these comments nothing is going to change until a new coach is brought in, Dave just does not have it. It is so obvious but Hextall being a goalie does not know how to get offense, trade a dman like Gost for a solid top six forward and give Provorov #1 pp duty.

Hakstol is a good coach and is going nowhere. It's a mistake to trade Gostisbehere. He has had a strong game tonight, and has made a number of quality plays. The statement of Hextall being an ex goalie as a factor is ridiculous.

So MJL you are saying that when your head coach cannot get any wins you just go with it and get used to it. I will bet you off the record that many of the players have serious issues with the coach. No way to prove this but when you lose on a regular basis and Giroux and Voracek have like three goals total in the last 20 games something is seriously wrong. This falls on the GM or the coach and usually the coach gets it first. Is Ed was still here I put money that head would have rolled by now. Flyers hockey was Flyers hockey because of Ed and will never be the same.

I just saw a picture on facebook of a 10 year old kid fighting cancer, who is telling his Mom how scared he is, and that he doesn't think he'll make it to 11. I can't handle stuff like that. So I'm just going to enjoy the hell out of the 3rd period regardless of the results. Sorry for the downer, but it hit me hard.

You really should check out Legion, peeps. Only 3 episodes in tonight. It's by the creator of Fargo, and it's a very unique show.

No more ridiculous than your comments, the better Gost plays the better chance of getting a lw to play on the first line. Utilize your assets and get in the game.
