Don't worry about him. Sekera also said Russell is a good player in the intermission, and he watches all the games from a better seat than any of us get.

I rarely read his stuff. He write those really long ones and from what I've noticed, most of it is worthless babble.

Klefbomb leads the team by a country mile in mistakes made by any player on the team. Major mistakes too. Hendo will never blog about this unicorn stat because Klefbomb is pretty and he doesn't hate him like he hates Russell.

Such is the price you pay when you generate the most offense on the team.

Klef and Sekera and the best with the offensive skills.

Larsson is the best at purely defending and is the meanest.

Uh no. I am talking about the really, really dumb turnovers he makes when you can tell he is having an off night. Not taking anything away from his offensive abilities, but the simple, smart plays being made night in, and night out are what makes a number 1 NHL dman. Klefbomb is not close to being this player yet.

Come playoff time, those little mistakes will lose far more games, than his shot attempts will win.

Wow look at Larsson completely stone Drouin twice in 10 seconds.

That's maturity.

Sekera rarely makes those idiot mistakes. Cause he's mature like me.

I am sure there has to be a fantasy stat that quantifies that. All I know is that someone wrote an article about Russell for a legitimate news source a week or so back and used some fantasy stats to show mistakes made by players in a game. Perhaps that was a giveaway or play that led to a giveaway and not a surprise but Klefbomb was the huge leader in this stat.

Horrible trade. If they had kept Hall, he would have came back and made that defensive play because Hall is well known for how hard he back checks, then he would have turned back the other way and scored. Larsson can't do that.

Exactly. People forget quickly how few games K-bomb has actually played, and seems to get a free pass by some fans on making mistakes, because he does other things well. Doesn't make him any less accountable for (frank)ing up.

This whole season is a failure. Half of the Oilers players have died because of Larsson.

True story. Plus the only reason, and I mean the only reason the Oilers are where they are at, is because of McDavid. James Tanner said so. McDavid plays all 60 minutes of every game you know.

All dmen that handle the puck a lot have more giveaways. Sekera and Draisatl both have more giveaways than Kbomb.

Our Lord Connor is one of only two players with a positive giveaway/takeaway ratio. The other? The much maligned RNH.

Larsson leads the team in giveaways, dump outs and last in clean breakouts.

He also plays defence and goal and manages the equipment because (frank) Joey Moss.

I hate listening to eastern media talk about the Oilers. The only player and I mean the only one they give any sort of credit to on the Oilers is Mcdavid. They know (frank) all about the team and just go "Oh its all Mcdavid" just like every other brainless (frank) out there. NHL Network is noticeably bad, unless they happen to have Gregor or Rishaug on for a segment.

Know who leads the NHL in giveaways? Brent Burns. He must be awful.

Of course they do. It's the ones that shouldn't be given away, the kind that drives coaches crazy that I am talking about. Part of the learning/growing process but some people forget about those and harp on Russell in a series of blogs over several months.

He's an offensive player. Plays pp and all the tough minutes.

As was mentioned earlier in the thread offensive players handle the puck and make more turnovers. Larsson has no offende and still makes the turnovers.
