Well he is in LA, FA and Linden are going to LA and Linden has been rumored to want to stop down for some time. There is something to this rumor, so i would say it is above Ek quality.

As much as the upper management has taken a beating, we don't need constant turnover in those positions. Don't need this team to go in different directions every couple yrs.

Yeah Bobby Mck doesn't really fit the TO hysterical type mould. He and Elliot Friedman are the best 2 insiders in the game.

Yeah I got the sarcasm on him not being smart. He didn't get what it takes to improve. Though the reports on him in the summer was he was training well bulking up. Management was aware he was adding to his build. Sedins were around too. Who told him exactly to do that is kind of buried in the side talk between the club and others. The point is he screwed that up. He made poor choices on lifestyle balance and training. Plus his cardio was not up to the extra weight. It didn't turn out to be all lean muscle.

People have to dial back a bit on JV . Since I asked the same questions about 3-4 weeks ago about why is he not doing better in Utica , I followed it up a bit.

Comets suck. How productive are you going to be with Wacey Hamilton Bourna Grenier and othe slugs as your line mates. Comets are horrible so don't expect big numbers from JV

Ya I am not that concerned about him. He will be fine. Must be some truth to what Green & Benning have been saying about the lack of talent in Utica & they are not worried about his point totals.
When they sign players like Megna and Chaput to provide scoring depth in the AHL & you need them in NHL you know you will end up with scoring issues at both levels.
