It is a lot easier to trade a 30 goal Iginla making 7 mil over trading two players making a comined 14.2 mil who score 12 goals each.
- VANTEL

Trading a 39yr old & $5.33m Iginla doing nada is another storyπŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

You can't trade the Sedins . You have been telling me this for years. You can't do a tear down until they are gone what is hard to understand about that.
- VANTEL

I think you can, or could've, I do think they're impeding the process though. If you tear it down around them (2014) you can't tell me just the two of them make you a good team...they don't.

This conversation started around me stating what I think they "should've" done when Benning arrived. Just to circle back and keep it on track.

Those aren't exactly household names.

Morgan Rielly and Sam Reinhart went to my high school.

I played street hockey with Andrew Ladd when I was 7-11 right up until I got into lacrosse and stopped playing hockey all together.

Benning is doing just fine.

He has been here 3 years , he has Tryamkin playing in the NHL on regular shifts. Stecher looks like a steal . Boeser looks like he will be ready to step in next year . He added youth Sven and Markus. He may have a few surprises with Lockwood Gaudette and maybe Brisebois .

He drafted a very smart Dman . He gave us a better fourth line than we have had in years Dorsett Gaubnce (Gillis pick) better than Sestito and who ever .

There are six players remaining still since he arrived and 3 of them will be gone by next year maybe more .

He has been very active.

And I could list a few of my own which is probably why I haven't in the past. But end of the day, at rhe start of a bye week before the deadline, figured there was no time like the present. These are dark days for the franchise, but I've seen darker. Prospects that are at least worth talking about and a few trade chips that need to be cashed in this time around. More bullets JB has in his chamber the better, imo

You may get Trumped on your way to navigating the hysteria here.

Though just ask Vantel about pondering. Lefty can fill you in about hindsight. Booner about how to cut through the BS. Codes on the logic of stats. Reuben on post length and racism. Nighthawk about the future. Dragon about coaching. Scooby on shame. Whitelie on pointing things out. Bullfrog on the end of the world. CanuckDon on essay writing.

Though I can can go on. Have left out many. Won't mention the gang bangers. It's all good. The blood bath will give you wings. As for me you just get my bewilderment.

We have had this conversation in here a few times maybe you can give us a definite first hand answer to what goes on in a persons head. What is a the thought process an idiot as yourself when you wake up in the morning and decide to go argue and annoy a bunch of people you have never met before in your life?

Is your life so boring you need to do this, or is it just plain and simple low IQ and low self esteem?

Tell us all what is your though process?

BB looks like a good chance for a dinger.
Gaudette is intriguing to say the least.
OJ could be that PP QB we have lacked for years.
Who do u see us picking for a home run?

Button is on 1040...interesting. Basically saying don't bother trading Burrows Miller etc. the return isn't worth it. Also commends Benning for not trading Hamhuis last year
- CanuckDon

You know what's hilarious? This this is the unrealistic polar opposite of what Farraro said.
