I remember Cullen, Rechi and Stevens having a great season or two together. 90/91 Stevens scored 40 pretty much without mario.
- mykokes

Mario had 19g 45 pts that season so half those pts!!!! A cup tem btw!!!! Plus Recchi is a HOF(or will be)

Mario was on pace to beat 215 point in a season when he was hurt, still only on pace though can't prove he would have done it. I think Mario was the most talented especially with his size and strength, however staying healthy and having longevity is also part of the equation. Im a Mario guy and he probably started to replace 99 as the best when he got sick, but that's the problem he got sick and we will never rally know what he could have done. So based on that the nod goes to 99 for me begrudgingly.
- Upstate_isles

What year? I'm pretty sure he never had a season where his ppg would have beat 215. With at least 40-50 games played

You don't have any evidence. At all. Literally all you can point at is two players who had good seasons playing with Mario. That's it. The rest is just you asserting how correct you are and nobody agreeing with you. The only amusing thing is watching you pat yourself on the back except it's about as amusing as the Bowling Green Massacre.

That extrapolates to about the same, a little less. You math about as good as you make valid points.

That has nothing to with your other point.

Look it's pretty obvious you'll just keep repeating the same badly punctuated barely coherent points over and over again so this is pointless.

That's 2.66 ppg multiply that by 80 and its 213. Mario was playing an 84 game schedule. Wayne Ppg was 2.69, over 84 he's at 226

Lemieux, Tocchet, Francis and Jagr. Yes they were horribly average.

Nobody, I mean literally nobody, is arguing against Lemieux being great. Only player on the level of Gretz. I have no idea what you are arguing about anymore. I just can't.

Due to the excessive use of exclamation points, I have come to the conclusion that Mario was the greatest hockey player ever.

Im not gonna attack but hope flower gets traded bc team needs to expose a G regardless, so a buy-out is less likely.

Oh and ur math, i dont get involved in that bc i cant read....
