Mehh... The Leafs were dominating in the Sens zone at the end of the game so it was a good call to pull the goalie to add even more pressure.

Pretty lucky empty netter to make it 5-3 if you ask me (and I know you did).

If these kids miss the playoffs this year there may be some mild disappointment -- but considering this team was 30th last year and are playing with 9 rookies a night we should be ecstatic that they're even in the hunt at all.

Babcock is trying to teach this team how to play in pressure situations. It boggles my mind that some fans don't see this is a learning year.

Ottawa needs the playoff revenue, the Leafs don't.
Also the league doesn't want to pay the players their full salary, so if the Leafs miss it's harder for the league to hit the revenue target.

I think it's a panel of sports writers that vote and I believe 3 are from Toronto, so they'll never vote for a Leaf.

I've never once seen a penalty overturned like what happened to Kadri earlier this season.

Year one? I guess the previous decade of mediocrity didnt happen. I guess the oilers rebuild was reset after they got McDavid despite the fact that everyone else was drafted long before him.

Leaf fans are awesome.....it's been 10 straight "year ones" in your rebuild.

Refs reveiwed it to see if was in the net, there's no criteria for looking at goalie interfernce at the same time?

Also not calling a 4min penalty at the end of the game against Columbus was a farce. The ref was 5 feet away looking right at Hyman getting cut wide open.
