we have two rookies who already have more points than Galchenyuk did in any of his first 3 seasons. with a 3rd rookie on his way to joining the first two.

Matthews and Marner obviously, but I wouldn't trade Nylander straight up for Galchenyuk either.

Galchenyuk has shown without question now he cannot drive the play of any line. He can be a great complement (mostly with his shot), but he doesn't drive play.

All three of our main rookies have already shown this, and it's only their first full seasons.
