I did have a guy run up to me and hug me for wearing a Leaf jersey. So I know not everyone in Ottawa is a terrible person.

Just, my opinion. I don't mean to offend anyone who lives there and loves their home. My boss at the time put me up in a really sketchy motel in a pretty questionable part of town. So maybe that skewed my opinion. Every time I've been to Ottawa someone has tried to rob or threaten to attack me.

I find it funny when people call me the words that mean gay. My first thought is "Really? It's 2017 buddy...". But then I just tell them I am gay and it gets awkward an humorous. Getting angry about stuff like that and fighting is a waste of time after the age of 25.

what is with you people.. I was in Montreal Last weekend and go there about a dozen times a year.. Never had anyone try to fight me.
