If you have leftover sauce, and love carbs, lasagna makes for a great grilled/baked sandwich. Add some arugula to the base after heating, maybe sauteed peppers and onions if you fancy... Yum.

Black...you'd be wasting your money using white truffles on a sandwich. Even then, if you're going to use truffles, make sure you add sauteed mushrooms, or something with an earthy note to complement and enhance the flavour.
