The intensity was there tho, I feel like I watched a different game. The Pp sucked. Guys we're diving all over to keep pucks alive, they killed off 2 penalties early, swarmed them after it was 3-2. Did anyone see this but me ?

i felt the isles carried a bit more of the play in the first and rangers took advantage of a miscue. Isles came out fast in second and had rangers on their heels, however the tv timeout let them regroup and it was even the rest of the period. As for the third the isles stopped skating after it was 3 2 till the halfway point then they traded some chances. thought it was pretty even just seemed like the isles worked harder and wanted it more

I dont think anybody on this thread thinks they are never gonna lose a game or should go undefeated its the mental breakdowns and the same issues such as PP being crap like it has for yrs or failure to play a full 60 min game like last night a decent 1st per on road then in 2nd its like someone put sleeping pills in their Gatorade. As well as the failure to get up for games vs some of their biggest rivals like Isles and Pitt who has destroyed them this yr. Bottom line is we all want team to win and bring cup back to NY some just take losses harder then others.

I disagree rangers were on pk 4 min of the first 6 imho most of the rest of the period was in the isles end isles had no answer for the rangers speed. Won all puck battles were quicker on the puck and had a lot of stellar chances. We let them of the hook made a few dumb plays and it cost us in the second. Isles were the desperate team and it showed. No worries

Be harder on the beaver instead, you'll feel better

Anyone think that with Matta being hurt the pens are gonna take defenseman that otherwise would be available? Doubt they have the parts for shattenkirk but they are gonna have to get someone. I would think you guys would want an upgrade on defense to shore it up, you score a lot already

True great point. But its so frustrating to watch cause you can see his puckhandling ability and talent he has and its just not happening now some of it is luck. But I cant say its injury as bad as it was I feel he's played enough games now to flow back in his game.
