It looks like most of the Oilers are trying to get something going with Manning...
I hate they have no one to respond. Rosehill and Rimaldo time, sign them for rest of game and get at it. - opeth_pa
Manning just needs to get pounded.....so Hagg can come up |

Patrick is still great. I just wonder if he won't be more on the Sean Monahan-Jordan Staal spectrum than the next Kopitar. Hischier is just a lot more dynamic. Patrick has a long injury history too, which is a tiny bit worrisome, though I won't presume anything.
He's not the size pick. That's Michael Rasmussen. So much size. |

yep, but do it by trading pieces that won't be back and bringing up a few pieces. This is obviously not a cup team. |

The Green Mile too. The more I watch it, the more I think it's better than Shawshank... |

Blush.
I admit it. I think Ulysses is up there with the Mona Lisa and the White Album and the Pyramids.

I don't get to watch as much junior hockey as I used to, but from the limited sample I have watching both of them I agree. I would just take hischier over Patrick without even really thinking about it. I feel as though Patrick will still go one because of his size. But anything can happen. |

Which King books would you recommend reading? My work has been ungodly slow and i've been looking for some books to check out so i don't kill all my data within 10 days - arichardson22
If you read The Stand, MAKE SURE it's the original unabridged version.
(Since it was his first book and he was unknown, the publisher refused to print a 1200 page book, so he took out about 400 pages, entire characters were deleted, yikes! Once he became well known, he had them publish the original version.) |

I'm watching other players a lot more than them tbf. I've seen Patrick a ton because of Provy and he's been injured most of the year anyway. Haven't seen a Brandon game. Hischier I saw almost every u20 game and a couple Halifax games. But my time is probably better spent watching others than daydreaming on Hischier vs Patrick 1 or 2.
Though watching this team right now, maybe that should change. |
