The NHL recycles coaches like cardboard. Yeah, he'll get another chance.....followed by his firing about 2 and a half seasons later.

I still think he's a good coach, but he wears out his welcome pretty quickly. Bylsma deserves credit for getting the team over the top in 2009, but people forget that Gonchar returned from missing most of the season just as Therrien got fired. Gonchar was one of the biggest catalysts for that team. Great, great player.
