How bad are the flyers though guys. Wow - Just5
I gotta say, was at the game & Giroux & Voracek were not even noticeable. If I was a Flyers fan, I would be wanting my GM to do some blockbuster trades & ship these guys & their big salaries out while they still have perceived value. Gaudreau has been sloppy, not big on the small detail of games but even in bad games he usually is involved in the better chances we have during a game. What has happened to those two? Simmonds I like, & would love to see him on a line with Monahan & Gaudreau. Is he untouchable in Philly & wonder what it would take to get him?

Tkachuk continues impress; every game he is one of ourbest players, if not the best. Reminds me of a Corey Perry. I love how he is always in front of the net, he is a wicked passer, and he is always wreac king havoc. I shall buy his jersey! - Squilliam-

After thinking it would never happen, I'm starting to think maybe trading for Iginla is exactly what the Flames need. I still doubt it happens and would only want it to happen unless they got him for pretty much free, but I bet he'd be a major target if the whole him being the face of the Flames for 30 years wasn't a thing.

Given how the flames love waiting super long for goalie prospects (and so much that they never get a chance to prove themselves) I'm certain BT is looking for a goalie not just for this season, but for the next couple as well

I could see this also being a move to put pressure on the lightning to possibly lower the asking price.
Press gets a leak Calgary is kicking tires on MAF and then the pressure is on to move Bishop for less!
why is that?
I'd rather have MAF
Bishop is UFA and will demand a big contract with TERM
we've got goalies in the pipelines...MAF has the perfect contract for us for a decent 2 year transition!!
plus Bishop is always injured and he's not playing great this year either
MAF is underrated because he seemed to choke in the playoffs....but his achievements are clearly better than Bishop's
