I switched from Verizon to Time Warner and got the cheapest internet they have ($14.99) and it's better than what I was paying $50 something for from Verizon

So that's what? 10Mbps I think? You might be able to stream in 720 if you're not using the internet for anything else. I only have 20Mbps and it sometimes doesn't like it when I watch YT for posting purposes. I miss FiOS 50Mbps up and down.

VIPbox has come a long way, just this year. They didn't have the HD streams at the start of the season. And there's (relatively) little malware, it's not a click and close the window before it loads race, most of the time.

I'm on a dinosaur laptop so even with full internet there's no way I'll ever be able to stream 720

I miss my days of not having to pay my own bills and having great internet, full hd, sometimes even 1080

Yeah, I knew it was bullpoop when they said they were totally going to offer those high speeds at competitive prices if only their merger was allowed. Good on Schneiderman for suing them. That's bullpoop.

My laptop is a Compaq

I actually already bought a new ram for it and it runs better than before but still below average
