Its not like I dislike sauce, I eat it with stuffed shells, ravioli, etc. but if its spaghetti or elbows or something like that, I prefer olive oil and parmesan

I make that too, but add garlic and basil. Also good if you add chickpeas, but I don't think you like them.
I make a really good pesto with my garlic scapes. Try that this year.
