Theodore is 21 and Manson 24. Manson I assume is probably more along in the development process. Has 3x the NHL games, but still not many 150ish

If we are trading a proven top line winger in JVR, I would only really want Lindholm at this point. but he would cost more than JVR alone

I disagree - Lindholm is a fantastic defenseman. I'd take Lindholm over JVR any day.
