DAL/DET/WPG/CAR all have horrible goaltending but CAR is the only one that has the talent to maybe make a run to pull ahead. I see us maybe 10-12OA at this point. The players do not want to lose and I don't see Benning selling enough to help us to crash and in this draft, there's no drop off past the 3OA to like 20-25OA or so.

No drop between 3 and 20-25 OA hahahaha you kill me. So certain. How long have you been a scout for?

It's not really a pass when you're all jumbled up with the same point totals now is it? JB is going to further weaken this team (temporarily) at the deadline moving NHL calibre players out for picks. Nah these guys fought the good fight but they are staying down at this point.

So you don't think those teams tied with us aren't going to be selling too? And because they're just as bad they aren't going to get worse? Like I said, our goaltending is better so we're not going to crash like they will. The only way we get better than 6-10OA is if we miracle win the lottery which isn't going to happen.

A necessary evil to get better in 2-3 years. No point in keeping guys like Miller Edler Burrows Hansen Sbisa around if they aren't going to be part of the big plan moving forward. It's time ownership sees this team for what it is and allow the right things to happen.

How closely do you follow the draft age players? I do, look at my avatar, I'm still very involved with the Kelowna Rockets so I hear a lot. The draft this year is not as good as say the McDavid year or even last year's and the talent isn't quite as spread out. Beyond the top 3 you aren't going to see a lot that differ between the picks until you get to the bottom of the first round. A lot will depend on how they're developed, who they play for, who they play with and if they can adapt.

Did those teams finish 28th last year? Like we did? Our goaltending can't score goals...and the chance is atleast 50/50 that Miller gets moved anyway

Mornin'

Game day again.

They're calling both Sutter and Horvat game-time decisions, and Markstrom's back in goal. He could get three starts in eight days with the back-to-backs coming up this weekend!

I still have no problem claiming it. It came from Tony Gallagher, what more do you want me to say? I never said it was verified, I never said it was anything more than a article coming from Tony Gallagher. Not sure why people are getting all uptight about it. If Botch says something, and I repost it, its essentially the same thing. Botch can lie, Gallagher can lie, they can also tell the truth. Eat a snickers bud.

Your first post was a claim. You never mentioned anything about Gallagher or the source. That was the point.

FA took Virtanen.

Benning wanted La

That is why people responded like that. You back peddled after. Then in this reply, you omit what was originally said. Thank you for the Snickers.

Booner is a spin master. He just keeps talking in circles until his opponent gets bored and walks away from his diatribe.

Spin? Look at the post above. You see who's spinning. I adressed it as it was written.

Once again, you step into a thread and pick the person I'm engaged with to back without looking at the posts. Last time you did this I was engaged with someone who calls people idiots for disagreeing or challenging claims and you simply stepped in and starting lecturing me about attacking people who have a different opinion.... like I said, I let you beat yourself with your own keyboard....
