Well it's shaping up to be the Valentines Day Massacre part 2. Down, Sven, Horvat and Sutter. Against Pens who have Malkin back and Crosby hunting for a grand. Killer odds.
Playing against Pens it would be David v Goliath even if everyone was healthy. Now no David or stones to throw. Is it pull a rabbit out of hat magic time by vets and AHL fill ins....? Even Houdini couldn't escape here with points. But hey surprise us Nucks.
Best news to hope for tonight. Biega plays 40th game qualifies for Vegas minimum and isn't injured for season.

Given our bubble status, I'm officially cheering for the other team for a few games. If the Canucks win, I'll still be stoked. But the reality is, these trades need to happen.

Pens high stick Megna and Biega for 2 man advantage. Boucher scores. Nucks throw bodies at pucks to help Miller time for 1-0 shut out. The only conceivable scenario for Nucks to steal it; which of course won't happen.
