Well only time will tell who the true idiot is. - robin_steele264
I can predict the future.
The oilers will be a good team over the next 3-4 years but never win.
Chia will "step down" as GM but will remain as President of hockey operations.
Oiler fans will add him to the "old boys club" and bash him as they do the rest of management.

Yeah, getting bigger and playing a tougher style of game was a bad idea... And having more secondary scoring sucks
(frank) YOU CHIA!!!
The video is 4 minutes long, and you posted your reply 2 minutes after your previous reply... I doubt you even bothered to watch it - laughs2907
I watched the first one and started the second and couldn't even finish it. It's typical fanboy crap. it's quite easy to poke holes in all of his opinions.
Secondary scoring? We have one line that dominates and everyone else is female doging about lack of secondary scoring. Expose Nuge or Eberle to Vegas! Dump Pou for anything. Lucic sucks! JEsus. Use your brains people.

Secondary scoring is way better than what it was in the past... Ebs, Nuge, and Pouliot are having bad years, and overall the Oilers are still producing. Yes, McDavid and Draisaitl are clearly ahead of everyone else on the team... That doesn't mean that we don't have secondary scoring.
Well that doesn't matter for poop because we do have McDavid and Talbot. I'm really sick of hearing this mindless argument. What if Chicago didn't have Kane and Toews? What if Pittsburgh didn't have Crosby and Malkin? Take the 2 best players off of any given team and of course they're not going to be as good. - Ihatebrianburke
Ok, well get Un-sick of it. The point is we should be concerned about a lack of secondary scoring if we want to win a championship. We will not win much of anything relying on McD and Talbot in the playoffs as heavily as the Oilers are now. I mean...it's not like we have an elite D to keep the puck out of the zone all night. Is this concept lost on you or do you simply not like reading about it? Sometimes with you I can't tell. I want to believe you're one of the guys that gets it , but....

Secondary scoring isn't as bad as you guys think it is... They've been cold over the last while, but the whole team has been. You can't just credit McDavid and Talbot for the turnaround.
What do you think is the biggest disappointment this season? I'd probably go with Pouliot... Hopefully he turns it around... On the books until 2019 - laughs2907
I hope a deal can be made with Vegas where they take him

Oh yeah....5 years from now all these mungers sucking on his wing-wang right now will hate Chia more than you do now. Bank on it.

Who's fault is it that our entire 2nd line that makes 16.5 million a year isn't producing like they have in previous years? Should we blame that on Chiarelli too? They're all having down years and we're still winning games.
